A regional food bank wanted to scale its digital fundraising program to drive more revenue for the organization.

 

Solution

TrueSense Marketing recommended a digital-first approach to drive awareness, amplify the need for support, and fuel new donor growth. We leveraged search marketing (Google Ad Grant and Paid Search), social-media advertising, email, and website campaigns to increase year-over-year (YOY) digital revenue growth.

 

Results

This digital-first strategy achieved strong YOY revenue gains in email, search, and website revenue. YOY digital revenue overall experienced a 156% YOY for digital revenue growth. During a month-long campaign as part of this strategy, the food bank acquired 152 monthly donors and realized a 7:1 ROI for search ads.
